Continuous product development and innovation is demanding strong support by the R&D department. The R&D work enhances customers with up-to-date and effective technical solutions in delivered products.

The main R&D centre is located in Caserta (Italy) and includes a group of long experienced senior engineers working together with young engineers and technicians. Product development activities ranges from designing, engineering to full testing validation on all group products (seats, chassis, body and operating modules).

Proma offers its technical team the most modern software desing tools (CATIA©, NX©, ACAD©, etc..), die stamping simulation (VISI©,AUTOFORM©) and CAE software (ANSYS©, Hyperworks©, LS-DYNA©, ABAQUS©).
